What type of paper are your prints made on?

All prints are produced on archival-quality paper. This ensures each piece is vibrant, durable, and made to last so you are getting a high-quality print that truly reflects the original artwork.

Do you offer commissions?

I do! I offer both Charcoal and Oil Paint commissions. Is there a piece of work you have an eye on, and want your very own? Reach out on the contact page, and I'd be happy to work with you! Pet portraits are the most common, but I'm happy to do more.

Do you ship internationally?

The Happy Hare Air Club offers international shipping! If you are based outside of the US and want another piece of art, please reach out and I can arrange shipping! I can get you a lower shipping quote personally than if I have prices set on my website.

How long will it take to receive my order?

• Processing: Prints are made to order and take 5–10 business days to process.
  
• Shipping: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.
  
• You will receive a tracking email once your order is on its way.
  

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out through the Contact page within 72 hours of delivery. I will get back to you within 72 hours and work with you on a replacement or solution. Please include your order number and photos of the damage.
