All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out through the Contact page or to sydney@thehareatelier.com within 72 hours of delivery. I will get back to you within 72 hours and work with you on a replacement or solution. Please include your order number and photos of the damage.
